Session or weekly goals that visibly advance why the project exists — not mere motion.
Definition
Section titled “Definition”A vision-tied goal connects an achievable outcome to the user/maintainer promise. “Refactor utils” is rarely vision-tied unless it unblocks a promised capability or a burning reliability fire.
